Q.What happens if it's rainy or cloudy?
A.We judge on the day whether shooting is possible. If stars aren't expected to be visible, we'll offer to reschedule or suggest an alternative. We keep checking cloud movement right up until the last moment and guide you to the spot with the best chance of clear sky.
Q.What should I wear on the day?
A.Nights in Miyakojima can be cool even in summer, so please bring something to layer. Shooting spots can be dark underfoot, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Bright-coloured clothing tends to stand out beautifully against the night sky.
Q.How do I pay?
A.Payment is cash only, on the day, at the shooting location. We are unable to accept credit cards, e-money or bank transfers.
Q.Can I cancel my booking?
A.Yes. Cancelling up to 4 days before your shoot is free of charge. For customer cancellations, we charge 50% of the fee 2–3 days before, and 100% the day before or on the day. If we cancel due to bad weather, no cancellation fee applies — we'll offer a reschedule or refund.
Q.Can children or babies join?
A.Yes, children are very welcome on our Family Plan. We'll suggest a shooting time that fits your child's age and bedtime — just let us know in advance.
Q.Is pickup available?
A.Pickup can be arranged depending on your plan and where you're staying. Since shooting spots require moving around at night, please feel free to ask — it's also a safety consideration.
Q.How and when will I receive my photos?
A.Photos are delivered online within 24 hours of shooting. Once ready, we'll send you a download link on LINE, with the number of photos depending on your plan.
