About the meeting point
The exact meeting point is decided based on your plan and the night's conditions, and sent to you individually by LINE on the day of shooting. If you let us know your hotel or preferred area in advance, we'll try to choose a spot that's easy to reach.
SHOOTING LOCATION CANDIDATES
Main Shooting Locations
We usually shoot around Maehama Beach, Tomorihakuai and Hakucho Cape. These are candidate areas — not a guarantee that shooting will take place at any specific one of them.

We check cloud movement, wind direction, moonlight and nearby lighting, and guide you to wherever the sky is clearest that night. Occasionally we may use a location outside the three above.
Why we choose the spot on the day
The best place to see Miyakojima's stars changes with the weather, moon phase and wind on any given night. We also take care to protect the natural environment and respect capacity at each site. For these reasons, we always share the exact spot individually by LINE on the day.
Getting around Miyakojima / Pickup
Many starry sky spots have little street lighting, which can feel daunting at night. Pickup can be arranged depending on your plan and where you're staying — please don't hesitate to ask if you're unsure about driving at night.
